I have a website already. Can you just update this site rather than start from scratch?
Most of the time it is very easy to do so. However, sometimes it is much quicker for us to simply download your logos and pictures and start from scratch. Either way, it's no problem!
I just want a website....I don't care about fancy details and and I don't want to spend a lot of money. Can you make a very simple site for me?
Sure! We design sites for everything from business sites, to hobby sites, to personal sites. Our minimum design is $500.
Why did someone else just give me a quote for $5000 when you gave me a quote of $500 for the same design? Do they have more skills? Will their design look better?
Nope! We can show you! Designers charge more because they can. They figure you don't know if it takes 2 hours or 200 hours to design a site, and they charge you for your lack of knowledge. We base our prices hourly rates for our basic designs. We use the same software and have as much or more experience as the companies who quote much higher prices. We just believe in doing fair business. Websites don't have to put you in debt...we want to help you profit.
Can you make shopping carts, databases, and scripts?
You bet! We have the best programmer there is...if you can dream it up, he can make it happen!
Can you set up PayPal for me?
Sure! We'll set it all up for you and then ask you to change your password so that we no longer have access to your account.

What is Web Hosting?
Every site needs a "home" on the internet. A web hosting package is your space on the web where your web site's content is uploaded. It's important to have a reilable host so that your customers can always reach your site!
I have a domain name already. Does this mean I don't need hosting?
No. Your domain registar hosts your domain only. You need a place to host the content of your website! When you sign up for a hosting package, your domain will be included and will renew for free as long as you have a web hosting package.
I bought a domain name. Can I transfer it to your hosting services?
YES! And we'll be happy to take care of that for you!
How do I know how much hosting space I need?
We'll help you with that! Most sites take very little space and can purchase the Economy plan for $300 per year. Should you ever need more, you can always upgrade later!
I bought a domain name already.Can I transfer it to your hosting services?
YES! And we'll be happy to take care of that for you!
If I transfer my domain name to you, do I still own it?
ALWAYS! We just change the nameservers to point to your new webhosting space. If you ever decide to host somewhere else, you are free to take your domain with you.
Can I forward my email address at my domain name to another email address?
YES! Just let us know how you'd like your email accounts set up and we'll take care of it!

Why do I need SEO?
Because a website floating around in cyberspace won't attract new customers! If you want to start out by just having a website for product reference then you can do without it. However, if you are looking to reach new customers, you can't do it without SEO.
What kind of price range can I expect for SEO?
It all depends on the keyword/competition ratio. A general idea is that placement for an average keyword to be placed somewhere in the top 3 pages of a search starts at $1000. For first page placement, this starts at about $2500, with most sites costing around $5000.
How do I know which keywords will get the most customers to my site?
We'll tell you! You give us your ideas and we'll give you ours. We will take your keywords and tell you approximately how many people are searching for that particular word every day. Then we will compare that number to the budget you would need for that keyword and see if it has a reasonable expense to profit ratio.
Why do you say it takes 6 to 10 weeks after the implementation of SEO before I will see the results? Other companies say they can do it in 24 to 36 hours!
These companies are not using natural placement. You can indeed get your site on the first page search using "pay per clicks" and other forms of search engine advertising. You will also meet your budget limit shorly after your site has been in this position for 1 to 7 days...then you are back at ground zero.
We only offer natural search engine placement. It takes 8 to 12 weeks for all of the servers in the world to effectlively recognize the work we've done and rank the site accordingly. Once you are in this position, it is more of a permanent spot. Of course if there is tough competition for that spot, you may need a monthly maintenance plan to keep on top of your customers. Most of these planse require only a few hours a month and are very inexpensive...especially in relation to the profits you will be gaining!
Can you teach me how to do SEO on my own?
Yes. SEO is a very interesting study. There aren't really any set guidelines on what to do. You have to be very patient and self disciplined. Most people will need 5 to 8 years of researching and studying if they start from scratch.
For those who have the budget to pay for SEO training, we would be happy to do so. However, please be advised that this information is expensive. After all, if everyone knew how to do this, no one could ever have a chance at being on the first page of a search! SEO training will take 6 months to a year. We will teach and guide you via the internet, but you will have to do all of the work. We simply tell you how...you have to do the labor. It isn't a get rich quick scam, and it isn't for everyone.
